Software Developer II is responsible for implementing new functionality around both customer-facing and internal applications based on business requirements. The successful candidate will have at least three years of senior-level development experience with ASP.Net/C# and related Microsoft technologies. The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of a designated project to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within the designated time frame and budget by performing the following duties.
This position is primarily responsible for performing all customer billing transactions required including (but not exclusive to) refunds, approving duplicate payment transactions, past due invoices. In this position you will be dealing directly with the client so you will need to have client facing experience. Overall position is critical to cash flow and management of all financial aspects of the organization.
Application Engineer I is responsible for the planning, design and execution of implementation projects and ongoing maintenance, using knowledge of programming and system requirements.
The position is responsible for troubleshooting; repair and maintenance of print and mail equipment. Works closely with the Senior Maintenance Technician and Printer and Inserter Machine Operators to ensure team and department goals are met. This will be done in a manner so the external customer’s jobs are printed and mailed according to the published service level agreements (SLA’s). The primary external customers are the statement clients and the pre-sort house (PSI). The primary internal customers are the Printer and Inserter Machine Operators.
