Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and reporting of all the Organization’s marketing strategies including: company brand, market research, lead generation, product development, advertising, and public relations. Directs the efforts of the Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
This role is part of the marketing team, and contributes to projects and activities related to: building the brand, positioning of the company, products and services, market research, and lead generation. The role will have ownership for select tasks, and be a contributor for others. The individual in this role will need to be very well organized and have strong attention to detail, be a good communicator and team player, and have strong pc, software (MS Office and social media required, website/blog optional but preferred), and writing skills.
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for leading and supporting client implementations of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) & Implementation Manager.
Responsible for daily inserting of production statement jobs so they are completed according to published SLA’s and quality standards. Works closely with the Printer on their team to make sure team and department goals are met.
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
The Product Manager is responsible for participating in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and business requirements, clearly documenting requirements, working closely with IT, implementation, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and business requirements goals are met, and communicating and training internal employees.
Application Engineer I is responsible for the planning, design and execution of implementation projects and ongoing maintenance, using knowledge of programming and system requirements.
