The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails from clients. The representative will assist the client on general questions or assist in resolving issues related to APEX products and tools. All information gathered from clients will be loaded into a tracking tool for management analysis.
The Implementation Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for leading and supporting client implementations of varying size and complexity. The Implementation Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling implementation activities, under the direction of an Implementation Project Manager (IPM) &/or the Implementation Manager.
Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and reporting of all the Organization’s marketing strategies including: company brand, market research, lead generation, product development, advertising, and public relations. Directs the efforts of the Marketing Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
Responsible for daily inserting of production statement jobs so they are completed according to published SLA’s and quality standards. Works closely with the Printer on their team to make sure team and department goals are met.
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
