Billing Specialist II will facilitate revenue management for the organization. This position will be responsible for completing billing transactions for significant customer accounts and analyzing billing for all accounts.
A/P and A/R Specialist is primarily responsible, but not limited to, the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collection and Customer Invoice Preparation.
Application Engineer I is responsible for the planning, design and execution of implementation projects and ongoing maintenance, using knowledge of programming and system requirements.
The Printer Operator is responsible for daily printing of production statement jobs so they are completed according to published SLA’s and quality standards. Works closely with the Inserter on their team to make sure team and department goals are met.
The Systems Engineer position is responsible for administering a Windows based data center environment, managing IT vendors and guiding IT projects to completion. This includes software and hardware configuration, testing, standards compliance architectural guidance, and growth and scalability planning to ensure the environment meets growth and SLA requirements. Additional responsibilities include administration of the corporate network, desktop and IT infrastructure support.
The Software Developer is responsible for supporting both customer-facing and internal applications. Primary responsibilities will include technical support on new customer implementations, researching and resolving customer support requests, diagnostics and bug fixes as needed. Additional responsibilities are to develop new features for existing applications based on business requirements. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of development experience with ASP.Net/C# and related Microsoft technologies. Experience in health care or financial industries is desirable.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails from clients. The representative will assist the client on general questions or assist in resolving issues related to APEX products and tools. All information gathered from clients will be loaded into a tracking tool for management analysis.
