The Project Manager I is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of a designated project to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within the designated time frame and budget by performing the following duties.
The Software Developer is responsible for supporting both customer-facing and internal applications. Primary responsibilities will include technical support on new customer implementations, researching and resolving customer support requests, diagnostics and bug fixes as needed. Additional responsibilities are to develop new features for existing applications based on business requirements. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of development experience with ASP.Net/C# and related Microsoft technologies. Experience in health care or financial industries is desirable.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails from clients. The representative will assist the client on general questions or assist in resolving issues related to APEX products and tools. All information gathered from clients will be loaded into a tracking tool for management analysis.
Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the planning, design and execution of test plans and test cases.
Software Developer II is responsible for implementing new functionality around both customer-facing and internal applications based on business requirements.
